This particular farm is located almost 2100 meters above sea level in the Durame Village of Kembata, Ethiopia. With the farm being situated where it is in the village, the soil is extremely fertile and ideal for growing high quality coffee beans. The farmers incorporate a 36 - 48 hour fermentation process in the wet mill, then place the cherries on raised beds under the sun for 16 to 17 days to dry.
