Grown at 1,800 meters in the mountains of Huila this naturally processed coffee comes from a family run farm, La Piragua, led by Arley and his father Alexander Vargas. The farm also serves neighboring producers, acting as a central processing hub for the local community. Women in the community play a key role in cherry selection and harvesting, making this an essential livelihood for people in the region.

The producers remain dedicated to quality, employing a range of processing methods
including washed, natural and anaerobic fermentation. La Piragua continues to integrate regenerative farming practices - focusing on both coffee excellence and environmental stewardship for future generations.
