 The coffee is grown in fertile volcanic soil at an altitude of 1400 meters and above. The cherries are selectively handpicked, wet-processed, and sun-dried on raised tables for a period of 15-20 days. After drying, the parchment is delivered to RTC’s dry mill for hulling and grading, whereby the round peaberries get separated from the normal flat beans. The Inzovu Peaberry brings unique features to the taste of Rwandan coffee, with balanced acidity, mellow body, and a sweet lingering aftertaste
